The information, calculations, and reports generated by the Service are for informational and educational purposes only. They are estimates based on the data you provide and the tax laws in effect at the time of calculation.
Data Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring that the transaction data you import (via API or CSV) is complete and accurate. If you fail to import a transaction, our software cannot calculate it.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
API Keys: When connecting exchanges, you must only provide "Read-Only" API keys. Never provide API keys with withdrawal permissions. CoinTrackTaxes is not liable for funds lost due to user error in API configuration.
The Service may require a subscription fee. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees listed on our pricing page. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time with prior notice.
